É necessário relatar duas ocorrências: 1. Fiz o check in rapidamente e sem contratempos. Fui instalado no quarto 222, deixei minha mochila e saí, com minha esposa, para resolver os assuntos pelos quais estava naquela cidade. À noite, retornamos, por volta das 21h, cansados e precisando descansar. Passamos pela recepção, informei que estava hospedado, mostrando, inclusive, o cartão de acesso, com o número do quarto impresso e subimos. Tentei várias vezes abrir a porta, sem sucesso, e, pensando que o cartão estava desmagnetizado, comecei a retornar à recepção para resolver, quando outro hóspede, em roupas de baixo, abriu a porta do quarto, informando que estava hospedado naquele quarto! Tomamos um susto com essa situação extremamente constrangedora!!! Informei que havia chegado mais cedo e colocado minha mochila no quarto. Ele informou que, de fato, encontrou uma mochila no quarto quando entrou e que informou a recepção do hotel, que a recolheu. Achei um absurdo esta situação e só não saí do hotel por não haver muitas opções na região e por estar muito cansado. Fomos reconduzidos a outro quarto, mas o constrangimento foi grande, além da certeza de o estabelecimento ter uma péssima organização; 2. O café da manhã tinha mamão podre! Tomamos café e saímos sem sequer avistar um único funcionário! Se precisássemos de alguma coisa, sequer tínhamos a quem nos dirigir!

Meu único problema com o hotel foi que a cortina do nossa quarto tinha bolos e mais bolos de poeira nela. Sou muito alérgica porém não sofri tanto por que ficamos no quarto só uma noite.
