"The physical space is adequate but when we arrived we had no hot water for almost for almost 4 days. This was very disappointing after travelling 24 hr and no showers!! The bed linens are not nice (stains, rough to the skin, no duvet covers), the towels were OK. Two doors jammed into the floor. Besides no hot water, the place was really cold.
