Can Respira this cosy village house, located in Santa Margarita and bordering rustic land, has been completely remodelled and decorated with exquisite Mediterranean tasteIt is just 10 minutes driving from the beaches of Alcudia Bay.
The house, renovated with superb style, offers an immediate sense of well-being and tranquillity. Outside, there is a redesigned old patio, flanked by two lemon trees and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a refreshing pool (3.5 x 2 metres), all with unobstructed views of the Mallorcan countryside.
The interior of the house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall leading to the living-dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a guest toilet and a reading or relaxation room, all with direct access to an equipped porch and the mentioned patio, where you can enjoy pleasant 'al fresco' evenings at a large table.
Upstairs, there is a tastefully and elegantly decorated sitting room, which includes a special corner with a freestanding bathtub and a comfortable space to relax. The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with 2.00 x 1.60 metre beds. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower and direct access to the upper terrace with open views, while the other bathroom with shower is shared by the other two bedrooms.

The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room and sitting room, underfloor heating, and a pellet fireplace in the living room. The floors are polished cement.
The location of the house allows for a pleasant walk to the centre of the village of Santa Margarita. The nearest beach, in the natural area of Alcúdia Bay next to Can Picafort, called 'Platja des Capellans', is about 10 minutes away by car.
Can Respira is a charming retreat where you can breathe the tranquillity of the past and enjoy the 'slow life' that we so often miss in our daily lives.
