This delightful property features a private saltwater pool in the backyard, offering beautiful views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The outdoor area also includes sun loungers for relaxation and a shaded porch perfect for enjoying a barbecue. Located in the town center, the townhouse has direct neighbors, providing a blend of privacy and a local atmosphere.
The two-story house has a classic and cozy style. The living room offers satellite TV and is linked to the dining area through the traditional Majorcan arch. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and access to the backyard. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Our guests have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms in which to rest. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed. The other three are on the first floor, two of them with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds. Another bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor. We can also provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby and the house has oil central heating for the colder months.
The town of Santa Margalida is a place where you can rest and disconnect from daily life. You will have the necessary services for an independent stay at hand and the beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes away by car. The golden sand and turquoise waters of these extensive beaches will make you enjoy the Mediterranean Sea at its best.
