Die Finca ist reichlich groß und äußerst schön, Sie verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder, sowie einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich, Insbesondere das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist sehr schön gestaltet und hat eine angrenzende Terrasse, Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend gestaltet mit Liegen, Sofas und einem großen Tisch, Vor dem Haus gibt es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, Zudem ist es eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend,
