The property was in a great location next to the beach where you can swim & snorkel off. The hotel lobby and bar was nice and spacious. Restaurant staff were always welcoming and smiling. Areas for improvement were the hotel linen (the duvet felt like rough paper) & all the board games had missing pieces so none was playable.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the beach is amazing, the water can be very calm or it can have some waves it depends on the weather how windy is, breakfast was very good you’ll find something to eat as well for dinner, AC in the room was not great and also the rooms will need some remodeling, you’ll need to bring your own towel to go to the beach, also at the beach you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for 18.15 euros per day, plenty good places to eat and grab some snacks, we loved Can Picafort, very good for families.

Room cleaned well, staff at breakfast and dinner very attentive. Beach view great, did not use pool and jacuzzi as water was too cold. Pity the pool area does not get full sun, but good to have.

Schönes Hotel mit einfachen, aber sauberen Zimmern und einer gemütlichen Lobby. Besonders begeistert hat uns das sehr gute Essen. Morgens und abends wurden die Speisen frisch von einem Koch direkt im Speisesaal zubereitet – einfach lecker und ein echtes Highlight! Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Le personnel est vraiment formidable ! Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner sont très variés, très bons aussi. L'espace piscine sauna et spa est très bien entretenu. Le ménage dans la chambre n'étais pas terrible. Traces de de tifrice à notre arrivée et le sol pas très propre. Nous avons demandé la recharge du savon pour les mains et attendons encore...

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Preis/Leistung stimmt.Essen ist gut und vielfältig. Zimmer sind sauber. Bad mit Badewanne ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Für ältere Menschen mit Behinderung unmöglich. Renovierung nötig, wie Einbau von Duschen. Gesamtbewertung aber gut.

Sauberes Zimmer,freundliches Personal,Toplage am Strand.Essen gut.In der Umgebung viele Geschäfte ,die bis 00.00 Uhr geöffnet sind.Wer eine Unterkunft sucht,die noch bezahlbar ist,und trotzdem alles hat was man braucht,ist hier richtig. Würde wieder kommen!👌😊

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ebenso hatte das Buffet beim Frühstück und Abendessen eine sehr gute Auswahl, es gab jeden Tag auch etwas anderes. Im Gesamten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Mega zufrieden!

Bereits die Ankunft versprach, dass es ein toller Aufenthalt werden würde. Wir wurden so freundlich begrüßt, das war eine Freude! Da unsere Anreise sich stark verzögert hatte, durften wir direkt vor dem Check-in erstmal essen, das hat mir den Abend schonmal gerettet. Das Hotel ist auch optisch total schön, die Lobby lädt zum verweilen ein und die Lage direkt erste Reihe am Meer ist unschlagbar! Nicht nur die Rezeptionistin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, sondern ausnahmslos alle Angestellten. Jeder hatte ein Lächeln für Einen, Alle waren stets hilfsbereit - und dass die Angestellten untereinander auch gern mal gescherzt haben, hat wirklich gute Laune verbreitet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, indirekter Meerblick heißt, dass man vom Balkon aus seitlich schön aufs Meer blicken kann. Vielleicht ist das Bad ein bisschen klein, aber durchaus ausreichend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles was das Herz begehrt. Spiegelei, individuelle Rührei Kreationen und Pancakes werden frisch zubereitet. Einzig der Kaffee schmeckt leider gar nicht. Das Abendessen bietet auch so viel Auswahl, dass Jeder etwas finden kann. Dort wo morgens das Rührei frisch zubereitet wird, wird abends Fisch und sporadisch auch Fleisch frisch gebrutzelt. Unsere Ausflüge haben wir auch über die Rezeption geregelt, hat super geklappt. Als Hotels.com Gold Kunde hatten wir Anspruch auf ne Flasche Sekt, nach Nachfragen bekamen wir auch diese aufs Zimmer geliefert. Wir waren wirklich mega zufrieden!

...wenn Dir jemand aus dem Hotel (Putzfrau ?) ein benutztes Kaugummi auf dem Schreibtisch hinterlässt oder sich an Deinen Kischen bedient und die Strünke liegen lässt. Diese eine Person sorgt für die gemachten Abstriche bei der Hotelbewertung.

hôtel convenable , mais situé dans une zone à très forte affluence touristique malgré une plage très médiocre . pas de parking wifi quasiment inexistant par contre , personnel et restauration très bien
