Very friendly staff. The room is meeting the requirements of having a bed and a bathroom. I like simple hotels when I travel for leisure and this is it. Great location.

Lovely staff, room was proper cleaned everyday, aircon very powerful! The only thing we really missed having in our room was a mirror. Everything else was absolutely wonderful and made our stay perfect! Ps: Front seat view balcony room wasn’t quite right, we could only see it on the side as per photo.

Schönes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Meine Freundin und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Die Lage, die Zimmer und das Ambiente haben uns rundum gefallen. Der einzige, aber leider große Wermutstropfen: Über unserem Zimmer befindet sich ein Spielsalon, aus dem bis spät in die Nacht Lärm kam. Dadurch konnten wir kaum schlafen, was sehr schade war.

Great value for money. The rooms were simple and clean. Staff was helpful in setting up a late check-in. The deposit felt a little unnecessary but policies can vary. For the rate, it’s highly recommendable.

Great location on the main tree lined street close to shops and a very short walk to the beach a beach front shops/restaurants. Reception is a cafe with great cakes! The rooms/hotel was clean and tidy and had AirCon. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke a little English. The room we chose had a balcony and twin beds with table and chairs which overlooked the trees which gave privacy from the street.

The room itself was pleasant. I will say that I was very dissatisfied with the urgency of clean amenities and laundry in our room. We asked for new towels daily which they stated was changed every two days. Fair enough. But as this hotel was located beachside, we had to use our towels from the hotel for the beach as well as showering and when we requested towels on day two, we were expected to wait until late afternoon which I find unsanitary.

Let's start with the positives: the location is convenient few minutes walk to the beach and the promenade, it's clean and the staff are nice. However the room was tiny, no bathroom toiletries or shelves to keep your own. The place is extremely noisy especially if your room is facing the shop street, while also you can hear all the other guests walking up and down the tile floors, slamming the doors etc. until 4am. Out of 7 nights I managed to get a decent sleep for only a couple of nights. And I'm not a light sleeper at all.

I rarely review especially if the experience was bad, but this, I believe, unsuspecting travellers should know: Went to check in early with a young child and was told (by the manager) to return at half two. On our return we were asked to wait about an hour or so by the lady on check-in and cafe duties after asking the manager. The poor lady who was taking cafe' orders, making coffee, serving customers as well as dealing with frontdesk duties, was courteous and kind but simply had too much on her hand. After 2 hours of wait, we kept being told the room will be ready in 10-15 minutes. This was after 3pm (supposed check-in time) All whilst other bookings that arrived after us were being handed their key cards. After lining up behind everyone who came after us (as we were asked to sit and wait), we were finally handed the key card. The bottom line is, if you want them to treat you good, you have to buy food from their cafe. Otherwise, they'll treat you badly and make you wait. (The kind, overworked lady was following manager's instructions). Note to manager: You've lost yourselves a whole bunch of customers, amigo.
