Design-technisch ein absoutes Highlight in Zicatela, auch wenn das Hotel wie ein Ausserirdischer inmitten der lauten chaotischen vibrierenden Strandpromenade liegt. Zimmer, Hotel und Pool sind super schön gestaltet. Auch der Rooftop zum Sunset ist aussergewöhnlich schön. Preise im Hotel sind zwar wie in Condesa jedoch stimmt die Qualität. Irritierend fand ich, dass 'Frühstück inbegriffen' nur eine kleine Auswahl beinhaltete und diverse Speisen zusätzlich bezahlt werden mussten. Hier erwarte ich bei dem Zimmerpreis etwas mehr Leistung.

This is a very nice brand new hotel with a lot of potential. The design is fantastic, the location couldn’t be better the food and drinks were delicious. Probably because it is new they are missing a lot of basic stuff like hair driers or clothing irons which is a miss for a hotel that rates themselves as 4 stars.

The property was beautiful! The hotel just opened and it smells like new. The staff was polite and attentive. The restaurant was gourmet. Great location. We were able to walk to many attractions. Great sunsets from the rooftop deck. Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas. Recomiendo mucho tomar un trago en el bar para ver el atardecer. El hotel es nuevo entonces todo perfecto. Lo que no me gustó fue que dicen tener estacionamiento y no tienen, apartan lugar en la calle y si sales puede que el lugar ya esté ocupado y te mandan a un lote a estacionarte. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento.

Hotel Humano superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el primer momento, el lugar te envuelve con su arquitectura única, su conexión con la naturaleza y esa vibra especial de La Punta Zicatela. Las habitaciones son hermosas, acogedoras y con vistas al mar que enamoran. Todo el staff es extraordinario, siempre atentos, cálidos y amables, haciéndote sentir como en casa en cada momento. Queremos hacer una mención especial al concierge, quien nos dio recomendaciones increíbles de restaurantes y actividades locales que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más inolvidable. Cada rincón del hotel, desde la piscina hasta el rooftop spa, invita a relajarte y disfrutar de la belleza del lugar. Sin duda, Hotel Humano es el sitio perfecto para quienes buscan un refugio auténtico, elegante y lleno de alma. ¡Ya contamos los días para volver!

This is a beautiful hotel, with very sleek, chic and fitting aesthetic for the area. Given the location it has a sizeable ground floor pool and a smaller rooftop pool which makes for a wonderful cocktail setting. The staff are very friendly and can’t be faulted (particularly Patrick at the front desk). I have a few issues with the layout of the ground floor rooms - that may not be applicable to the larger accommodations. The rooms are tiny, which in itself is understandable, but there is almost no space for storing suitcases or clothing. Only six hangers are provided - and a single rack, which fits under the sink. Inexplicably there is only one hook in the entire room to hang towels from (so you can only hang one towel at a time). There is also only seating for one person on the patio which makes me wonder if these rooms are actually designed for a single travellers. The shower is separated from the room by a curtain which some people might not like - if sharing and the Air conditioning is set to blow directly over the shower - which isn’t the best design. There is no in-room fridge but ice can be requested from the front desk easily. Some of these issues are understandable given the size of the room - but putting up a few extra hooks along the free wall and an extra chair on the patio seems like an easy fix to the storage limitations. The rooms - in particular the shower area could do with better lighting. Nonetheless it is a really beautiful hotel.

El spa muy bien. Tome u masaje relajante excelente. Las sillas en general nada comodas. Los camastros tambien incomodos. Le falta luz en la aberca, ya que de noche queda esa area totalmente a oscuras. En las terrazas le falta tambien luz. Tambien en el cuarto no hay cortina black out
