Nice Finca

Really liked the different areas and seating possibilities outside. Pool area, ping pong area and seating area with a roof. Barbecue spot is also nice. Some kitchen utensils could be added like cutting boards and sharper knives. All in all we liked the stay a lot!

A week in September

We had an amazing week at this property. The building, gardens pool and surroundings are all fantastic, the pool is bigger than you think! Santa Maria is a lovely village nearby with a huge market on Sundays. You need a car to get around but could then get a train to Palma if you like. Watch out for mosquitos but don’t let that put you off this beautiful place.

Lovely villa in good location

Very clean and well equipped villa in lovely peaceful location about 2 miles from Santa Maria del Carni. Villa used to be a farmhouse years ago and there are still fruit trees in the surrounding garden (fig, lime, orange, pomegranate, walnut, almond). Owners very friendly and ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard. Air conditioning is available to all the bedrooms on request but with an additional unit rate cost - we didn’t need it (September stay) but this will probably be needed during July and August.

Amazing classical finca on a huge property in the hills. The pool and outdoor spaces made it great for a big group of friends during summer. For the price, it would have been nice if some more basic amenities were included, eg chopping boards, oil, salt and pepper and extra toilet paper. The fuse box was also locked which meant we could not fix the power outage ourselves, but the host came in 15 minutes to do it for us which was good. All in all - a beautiful house in a great location to explore the island!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie hält sehr viel Platz bereit, um als Familie oder Gruppe von Freunden einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Teilweise fühlt man sich wie auf einer Plantage, Mandelbäume, Feigen, Zitronenbäume etc. etc. Die Küche hält alles bereit was man braucht. Die drei Bäder sind angemessen geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben die Wohnräume kaum genutzt, da sich alles draußen abspielte. Der Pool ist sauber und schön groß. Da teilweise über zwei Meter tief auch zum Schwimmen gut geeignet. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Holzkohlengrill. Es macht Spaß ihn zum BBQ zu nutzen. Zumal die Besitzer freundlicherweise die Erstausstattung Holzkohle bereitgestellt haben. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert zuverlässig und effizient. Die Eigentümer berechnen den Strom dafür extra, was unter den aktuellen Energiekosten mehr als verständlich ist. Wichtig, bei Anreise einen Termin mit der Eigentümerin vereinbaren, damit sie die Klimaanlage scharf schaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Feriendomizil. (PS: Euer Mietwagen sollte wenigstens etwas Geländegängigkeit besitzen.)

+ Schöne, ruhige Lage. Scharfe Messer, genug Geschirr. Toller Pool. Tolle Finca. Sehr sauber. Freundliche Gastgeber. Müll wird alle 2 Tage entsorgt. - Wenn im oberen Bad 4 Leute hintereinander duschen, entweicht der Dampf kaum, da es kein wirkliches Fenster gibt.

Larger than expected. Pool gets great morning sun, plenty of space to cook and eat for 8 people. Really luxurious for the price! Just remember to stagger shower times a bit, as there's not enough hot water for 8 guests. Would recommend!

Great villa

Really enjoyed our stay here, a fantastic villa with lots of space and options of eating out on the terrace (can make most of evening sun) or under cover. Good position on the hill overlooking the valley and great to have so many trees around feeling like you were properly out in nature. Really nice to have the pool and all the space around it too. Only improvement would be a sheet giving WiFi password and info about what happens with bins etc.
