In addition the house has a large terrace at the front, another terrace at the back, pool with sun terrace with barbecue terrace and a covered parking for 2 cars as well as having parking for four more cars.
The lounge area invites you to take a nap on the comfortable sofa, watch TV, surf the Internet or enjoy the tranquility and silence of nature. The attached dining room has a table and chairs for 8 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the pool.
The porch is a chill out area with a table and seating so you can relax outdoors. On the terrace there is also the barbecue to enjoy a summer afternoon with your family and friends, and the pool measuring 3. 5 x 7 meters. The house has no direct neighbors so privacy and tranquility are absolute.
Santa María del Camí is a pretty village near the mountains, which will allow you to get to know the most authentic Mallorca, and the road to Palma is easily accessible. It is also very close to the wonderful village of Alaró where most of the town houses are built in the traditional style, with marés stones; and the streets of the town center are narrow and cobbled. Do not hesitate to walk around the weekly Friday market, where you can find fresh food produced by local farmers and farmers.
From Alaro you can easily reach Orient, a charming village in the mountains, famous among hikers and mountain lovers. Today many rural routes that start in Orient. If you like hiking, do not hesitate to visit the Castell d'Alaró (castle) that hides among the mountains, discover the history of the place and enjoy an exquisite meal in the restaurant that you will find there.
