We had included breakfast in our package, which was 2 fried eggs in salsa, fresh fruits and a drink. Hotel 8 minutes walking to beach Chahue which is not swimmable and 10 minutes to Santa Cruz which is good for swimming takes 10-15 to walk downtown or taxi ride for 50 pesos

El hotel está muy bonito y todo muy limpio, me gustó que tiene cerca muchas cosas como un Chedraui, una playa y luna bahía. Todo iba muy bien hasta que el último día mi hermana tuvo un accidente en la alberca ya que no tenía tapa la coladera de la alberca y le succionó la mano y se estaba ahogando, al hablar con el personal sobre lo ocurrido aún que se notó su molestia se hicieron responsables en todo momento y lo solucionaron muy rápido trayendo aún médico para que valorará la mano de mi hermana y comprando la tapa que requería la alberca para que ninguna otra persona salga lastimada. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí, para el precio calidad está muy bien.

La habitación perfecta...el personal tanto del hotel como del restaurante muy amable. Se perfeccionaría si tan solo en el restaurante ofrecieran después de las 14:00 comidas de tres tiempos. Ya que a los alrededores del hotel la comida es muy deficiente y mala calidad.

Location was good not too far from the beaches and the town of La Crucecita. The room was very clean and staff were excellent offering help with taxis, rental car and even my SIM card. The pool was nice for cooling off. AC. Worked really well. Breakfast was good. The wifi was poor but that’s not the end of the world. Only thing I would really have liked would be to have a small fridge in the room

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good a 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz. The pool was great and kept really clean. The only negatives were poor wifi and rooms do need a small fridge.

The room was incredibly clean and the air conditioning made it very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and several staff spoke English as well. The pool was nice for a dip and there were great, shady tables at the back to play cards or have drinks. The rooms were basic and so we supplied our own Kleenex, hair dryer, ice and drinking glasses. We would definitely stay here again.

Todos son my amables, atienden bien y sonclaros, las chicas que realizan la limpieza de las habitaciines son fenimenales. Solo recomendaria que mejiren un poco la saturacion de la wifi. Pero en general un excelente servicio. 100% recomendable

El personal de mostrador y limpieza fueron increíbles, los chicos del mostrador siempre nos orientaron con actividades en la ciudad y estuvieron disponibles en todo tiempo. Lamentablemente, las instalaciones fueron la parte negativa, la puerta para accesar al cuarto no abría lo suficiente que fue un problema entrar con la carriola. La señal de internet fue nula, que prácticamente no tuvimos Wifi en nuestra estancia. La hora del desayuno fue un poco difícil pues el restaurante tiene tours que vienen a desayunar, que las personas que estamos en el hotel, tenemos que esperar para poder accesar al buffet.

My room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with hot water. The air con was so good to have,and the pool area is lovely. The staff were friendly. It was walking distance to a large supermarket, the beaches and Centro.

I had called the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the said time and the receptionist was very kind and said since we’re communicating we wouldn’t have to worry and the room will be there. Upon arrival she was the receptionist that worked the afternoon/night shift was very kind and loved her. She even recommended taking cabs and informed me they take you to the local beaches and the “Centro” (la Crucecita) for 40 pesos. The pool is kid friendly and with large families there too. You can definitely feel the family lovely environment. They would clean the rooms daily and brought new towels and staff was very kind. My waitress was also an absolute pleasure she even remembered my partner's order and mine which made the stay even better. Once again huge shoutout to the lady receptionist from the mid-day shift! And the waitress!!
