We really liked this hotel The staff was very helpful, informative and the hotel was clean. They helped us take down our luggage and also load it back into our truck at check out. What I didn't like is the time it took to check in was about an hour long, we had to show everyone's identification and understand it's the hotel's policy but they need to make that more convenient for the customer. We were tired and wanted to shower to get some rest as we were leaving early in the morning, other then that everything else is great.

El hotel muy limpio, personal muy amable, bonita vista desde el mirador y bastante tranquilo para tener unos días de relajamiento, me imagino que fue porque estuvimos en temporada baja y por eso había poca gente, por momentos tuvimos una de las albercas prácticamente para nosotros solos. A 300 metros se encuentra la playa el Arrocito, la cual también tuvo poca gente y estuvo muy tranquila, ideal para andar con niños, agua trasparente de hecho el segundo día cerca de las rocas pudimos ver muchos peces sin necesidad de usar snorkel. Lo único que mejoraría un poco es el servicio del restaurante que es un poco lento el segundo día tardaron alradedor de 50 minutos para servir nuestros alimentos, siendo que solo había comensales en tres mesa, pero los sabores y porciones muy bien. Lo recomiendo

Es un hotel ubicado cerca de la playa el arrocito a la que puede llegar a caminando en 5 minutos. Se encuentra cerca en carro de bahía conejos u bahía tangolunda. El personal fue muy amable, recepción, restaurante, guardias, todos en general. Lo único que nos pasó fue un día de mucho aire y no pudimos disfrutar las albercas. Solo no lo recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad ya que hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras (depende que habitación les toque)

I understand that check in is a 3:00. What I couldn't understand was, why not give me the fob when I arrived early. And set the fob to be used at 3:00. Rather than having to go back to collect the fob which was quite far from the hotel itself

Very clean. We left tips for the cleaners but they never accepted them, so we just kept adding to it until the last day. Restaurant food was absolutely delicious... the service was poor... took a long time to get coffee or drinks even. The staff were very friendly but they dont go out of their way... if you enjoy drinking by the pool, they wont come to the pool to see if you want beverages. Even though outside liquor is prohibited. So we were very displeased that we would have to get out of the pool, walk down stairs and around the corner to get to the bar to get a drink. Even when at the bar, when we would approach the bar we often werent greeted. I waited while the staff talked to one another, as to not interrupt. Then when done I would ask them if I could order a drink. I speak Spanish so it was easy for me to communicate. But i found the service was poor. They are very Friendly but very unattentive and that is unfortunate because this place has some nice features. A beautiful view and short walk to playa arrocito. For us, we would rather stay in an air b and b, because it will be cheaper, and i felt like i served myself drinks most of the time. There are lots of stairs. NO RAMPS. I am not mobility challenged, but this place is not for those folks. We had peoples laundry showing up on our patio from the suites above us. Who were drying laundry. Which is minor to us. But might bug someone else. Would come here to eat again but likely not stay.

We loved the property and friendly staff. The lower pool should be for adults only as kids get too loud and you can’t relax. Also, we went to the lobby to check out at 6am but we had to wait about 10 minutes while our taxi was waiting for us as the lobby attendant had to go do a walkthrough the room to make sure the room was okay. This made us feel very uncomfortable. I forgot to mention the food at the restaurant was awesome and servers excellent!

Nos encanto!! La comida en el restaurante, la alberca estaba riquísima! El cuarto súper limpio, si este tenías nuestra agüita y toallas limpias muy a tiempo. El personal súper amable, muy atento y profesional, nos atendieron como familia y siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros! Las chicas del 314!!, recordamos estas vacaciones con mucho cariño , Amelia, Emiliano, Azael, Alberto, Pablo, Leo, y la infinidad de taxistas que nos llevaron a todas partes!! Súper recomendado!!

Lovely hotel with excellent restaurant and two pristine pools. The staff and service were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Beautiful view from our junior suite and safe swimming five minute walk away. A taxi is needed for shopping, pharmacy, ATM or any outside services. My husband was sick and a doctor and nurse came to the hotel to treat him. I highly recommend this hotel.

Un hotel que parece nuevo, limpio, cuidado, hermosas vistas, confortable, habitaciones amplias, blancos impecables, un lugar sin duda para descansar y disfrutar de la vista y relajación. Buenos desayunos, buena comida. El único detalle está en que quizás no es intencional, porque tienen personal muy amable, pero tiene ligera tendencia a darle un mejor servicio a los extranjeros. De cualquier manera con gusto volvería a ir, de verdad es un buen hotel.

The hotel is nice, clean, all the staff friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there's no shade. There's a restaurant that they will rent a table with chairs and umbrella for 200 pesos or you can eat and you won't paid for the rent. There are no restaurants around so you need to take a taxi to go downtown 60 pesos for the trip. The hotel is on a hill so if you decide to walk it might take 45 to one hour or more.

This was a really really nice place to relax by the pool, . However, since there are only about 10 pool chairs and often none were unoccupied. Service staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including restaurant staff. Food quality generally good if a bit inconsistent. Restaurant prices were in line with other restaurants in the area. The only downside for us was that we didn't have a car and the was almost no shopping or other restaurants within an easy walk.

Swimming pools are essential to coping with the tropical heat. Pools have no stair hand rails to support mobility challenged people, so they are at risk of falling and injury, or unable to use the pools. This is not a good property for handicapped people. Also, towels are really thin and cheap.

This hotel is clean, quiet, walkable distance to the beach. We stayed in a junior suite, the fridge was great. There was a built in hot plate which would be good if you brought a pan. A microwave would be a better choice. The staff was friendly and very good. No complaints, we are coming back.
