Great location for exploring the area, close walk to two different beach areas, catch a colectivo a few steps away. Cute room and courtyard, relatively quiet. My arrival was delayed by over a day due to a flight disruption, the hotel agreed to charge me only for the days I stayed there. Thank you.

Nice enough, though I booked a room with air con and wasn't given one. Luckily the fan works ok. The toilet is in a weird spot which makes opening the bathroom door difficult. Staff were friendly when they were around, but often had to wait a long time to receive assistance.
The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. Free water at reception. Small balcony w 2 chairs. There is no warm water, which was ok because it was 35 degrees. The room was a bit dusty and theres space at the top of the door so i seen a few small spiders and a gecko came into the room at one point. No ac but a fan which worked ok. Wouldnt recommend if ur staying solo but for a couple would be nice. Overall pretty nice.
Like some of the previous reviews already said, the staff here is really nice.
Our room unfortunately was very dark, felt moist all the time. We were not able to dry our towels. There was mold under the sink, the bathroom wasn’t very clean and even after taking a shower we ourselves didn’t feel clean. Waterpressure is basically non existent. But maybe that’s a problem all of Mazunte has.
The beds have seen better days. And the whole place smells moldy. Walls are full of dead insects but could maybe be fixed with a new paint job. The provided towels were torn.
The location itself is good you are close to the beach and some nice cafes. AC works.

Mediocre. Hot water was a nice surprise, but the water pressure in all sinks and showers (including the shared kitchen) was abysmal. Half the time the sink didn’t work in the shared kitchen which was quite gross because you couldn’t clean anything.
Walls are paper thin, I got shushed while I was on a zoom call and it felt like there might as well not have been walls with how much I could hear from outside.
Location is right between Mazunte and SA, totally walkable, not far off the main road at all. They have a water jug to fill your water bottle which is great!
Unfortunately value for your dollar just isn’t there in Mazunte, and this is an example of that. Balcony was lovely though!
Room wasn’t cleaned at all in my 9 days there, which I did expect from reading reviews, but for the price was still disappointing
In the amenities it says they have in room fridge and freezer and microwave there is no microwave and there is no fridge and freezer in the room there’s a shared one in the lobby behind the counter it also says housekeeping available I asked twice if I could get my sheets washed and all they did was made my bed. I barely slept on the last night there was so much partying going on until 4 o’clock in the morning loud music chairs being dragged around cigarette smoke coming into my windows from down below I certainly wouldn’t stay here again

Old lumpy bed
Horrible bed, super loud fan. Which was unfortunate because the staff are excellent, the hotel itself is nice and in a good location.
Very lovely property for a great price. Had my own bathroom, sink, bed and added balcony I didn't know about. They had 3 wifi to connect to so if 1 didn't work or have great service you could switch but that was almost never an issue. I would recommended fridges in the rooms and for the screen balcony door to lock vs just the glass door. But everything was great.
The staff here are very friendly, but I would never stay here again. I wasn’t expecting much, just the basics. Our room was not very clean and there was a disgusting smell. I showered but never felt clean. The middle of the bathroom floor was the only thing that looked like it might have been cleaned. Corners of showers and bathrooms were gross and looked like they hadn’t been properly scrubbed in quite sometime. The walls had a brown tile and dark grout which I suspect was equally filthy but you couldn’t tell as much because it was all brown. There’s no air conditioner but they supplied 2 fans that helped a lot. The smell in the room maybe was from all the hot people sweating in the beds all night. I’m not sure. If the rooms could get properly cleaned this place would actually be very charming but it was just too dirty for my liking.

Buena ubicacion, buenos restaurantes cerca, cómodo e incluye aire acondicionado. Solo podrian mejorar el tema de la limpieza, por ejemplo, de las toallas que entregan al principio.
