「This is a well-appointed new townhome. It is just off La Posada beach. It is just under a two-mile walk to Central La Paz but the walk is very straightforward. Grocery shopping and restaurants are about a half to three-quarter mile walk. The rooftop deck was great for sunsets and even sunrise if up early. Built in furnishings are nice and the showers are top notch.」

「This place was incredible. We had so much space! The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the views were unbelievable. It was a few steps and we were in the pool and a few more steps and our feet were in the sand. We all enjoyed the pool and couldn’t believe that we were the only ones using it. It was so quiet here. 「This was a great place for partying adults. We brought our 6 year old grandson with us and wished we knew beforehand that the pool didn’t have a shallow end. 「Although the property is only steps from el malecon and many restaurants, it is very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Federica and Pietro provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and were very fast responding to messages.
