"We stayed a week at Casa Luz and enjoyed it to the fullest! The first morning we awoke to a troop of squirrel monkeys, some with babies, on the deck. Their antics were delightful even when one took a dip in the swimming pool. We enjoyed bird watching, seeing toucans, scarlet macaws and many other beautiful birds. "Our group of 13 adults and teenagers was comfortable in the house and really enjoyed relaxing and hanging out in the outdoor area for coffee in the morning and pool time in the evening. Having a concierge to help with recommendations, setting up an in house chef service, and booking the things we wanted to do was a huge help. Would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?"
