“If you want to be in Venice this is a great spot. The reserved parking space was great and the support we got from Marnie was quick and helpful.”

“The only issue we had was really with the cleaning service as the bed sheets were not changed and still had sand in the sheets cakes on that had been from the previous guest and i had to sleep on top of the sheets so i didn't feel the sand the first night. Other then that the stay was great”

Ample street parking. 20-30 minute walk to lots of shopping and the beach, but also very close to cool spots on Venice Blvd. Very nice and very responsive owner. Felt like a Venice resident for the week. Highly recommended, will stay here again. ”

“We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house……

“The house was just as pictured, very clean and fully stocked. Would have liked to have known about the construction prior to arrival since we were looking forward to using the outside area, but overall the house was perfect for our visit”

“* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water……

“Superb location! Very cute home with extra comfortable beds and lovely yard. Checking in and out went perfectly. Construction being done on the property was not the best of situations and a surprise. Otherwise, it was an ideal place to stay in Culver City. Clean and on a very nice street! ”
