Not as described, damp and dirty.
The property is a 2 bedroom terraced town house located 1.9km walk from the beach NOT a 4 bedroom duplex .9km from the beach, it is .9km as the crow fly's however there is a hotel complex and a cliff formation directly in line with the sea/property so the only way to the beach is the 1.9km route. The additional sleeping accommodation for any more than 4 guests is in a damp basement that is so poorly ventilated there is black mold growing on the walls. The AC unit drain off runs directly onto the plastic roof of the utility room which leaks through the roof and directly into the light fitting below eventually causing the power to blow (twice in 3 days). Check in was delayed by 2 hours while the property was being cleaned. The mold issue is so severe that my son required medical treatment and we had to leave the property and find somewhere else to stay . The only plus side to this property is that the swimming pool area has been decorated since the photos where taken so was better than expected however the pool is not directly outside the property it is a short walk around the corner so not ideal for young families.
