「In my opinion the hotel did not deliver a 5 star experience. Positives: Great views! Our Junior Suite with Seaview was pleasantly spacious and so was the terrace. Both pool areas are elegant, pretty as a picture and very clean. Negatives: We were left waiting to check in with no explanation- it was not busy. 「We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!」
