We had a fantastic stay at this home! The ambiance was lovely, creating a really nice vibe throughout. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the places I wanted to visit. The host was incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Engagement Surprise Week

Our family had an amazing week at this property.The house was perfect with king size beds. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the beach close by that is walking distance. We enjoyed 30A so much with all the fun things to do. My son and his girlfriend got engaged and he surprised her on the beach at sunset. The sunsets are the best I have ever seen. You won't go wrong with this house.

Solid Rental

This property really fit the needs of what I wanted for our trip. I loved that it has a downstairs master for my parents. I loved that it had a heated pool for my daughter. I also really loved the added decor touches of wallpaper and paint that gave this home more personality. The property management group was also very easy to contact and they got us anything we needed during the stay including a pizza slicer and a juicer. We had a lovely stay.

House was in an area that was quiet off of highway 30A. Plenty of room. Kitchen had everything you would need. Patio & pool area was good. Didn’t get to use it as it was a rainy & cold weekend. Bedrooms were good. Could have use more pillows on king beds. Would stay in house again .

Kentucky Crew Loved It!

This is a wonderful property. Clean, updated, and perfect layout. We had 3 families stay, each with a young child. The 3 rooms with a king were perfect for the parents, while the other 5 kids stayed in the bunk room. Pool was the best for our group. Young kids stayed on the tanning ledge while the big kids swam. Golf cart a great touch. We are planning to return next year!

Property was exactly as described. Close to Seaside and easy beach access. Rose bikes to Rosemary Beach. Excellent location to check out all the 30A towns. House was super clean and looked brand new. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space. Bathrooms were beautiful and large too. We had 4 adults and 5 tweens/teens and this house fit all of us comfortably with room to spread out. Heated pool was a game changer! Enjoyed this gem!

Fourth of July trip

As a widow I took my 21 year old twins my 17 year old twins and 3 of their friends along with my niece who is 28. We usually stay in Seaside closer to the beach but booked last minute. This house is beautiful and the pool was great to have. There isn’t parking for the golf cart at the beach entrance so someone would drive everyone down to the beach and they had to drive the cart back home and walk. It’s not far by golf cart to Seaside. Overall was a beautiful place and we are all missing the beach this week.

Week at 30 A-mazing

My family stayed at 30 A-mazing for one week mid-July. It was a wonderful house and highly recommend! Pros: - Everyone loved the pool, especially the size. I've seen some of the tiny pools in the area and this one does not disappoint. - The location is hard to beat - so many things near by and short walk to the beach. - Kids loved the bunk room - Golf cart was a hit - Bathrooms and bedrooms were great size - Kitchen was very well supplied - Plenty of pool/beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. There were only a few beach towels, so would recommend bringing some if you're coming with a larger group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent again!

Amazing house

We had an amazing time. House was nicer than the pictures and bikes and golf cart were such a great addition. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. The only thing was there weren’t quite enough pots for big meals and no grill pan or mats. The ice maker didn’t produce much ice but this was communicated and will be looked into. Be prepared to bring ALL your kitchen seasonings including salt and pepper. The beverage fridge was a big bonus to have and the outside living was perfect. Great supplies for the beach and beds were super comfy! Overall a 5 star stay and if we come back to the 30A, we would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed on 30 A for the past 20 years and we were very happy with this rental. It is in a good location to the beach access and the golf cart was a nice addition which allowed us to get to locations like Sea Grove and the Hub without taking the car. Note that the golf cart is get to ferry people to and from the beach, but there is no cart parking so the driver needs to take the cart back and walk or bike back down. The pool has a nice shallow section that allows small children/toddlers to play in 4 inches of water but clearly requires significant adult supervision guarding against the drop off into the main pool. The one drawback was that these are two houses under construction, one directly next door, that caused a lot of hammering noise throughout the day as well as competing music which made our pool time less than optimal. One suggestion for the owner is to have another stock pot and 1-2 larger pans for cooking. Given the size of the house and the number of people it accommodates, the current pots and pans don’t support cooking for that many people. Nice stay, we would rent again.

Second Time Stay!!

We were quickly reminded why we chose this house again - very clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 7. The pool area is great and the walk to the beach is an easy 5-minute walk or less. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful new home. Very clean. Outside area and pool were a must for our family! Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping. Host was very helpful with instructions for check in and out also trash days! House is equipped with everything you need to get started. Beach and pool toys were also a huge help!

This property lives up to its name and truly is 30 A-mazing! It was fully equipped for our group of 13 (4 adults and 9 kids). Loved the home layout and amenities including fully stocked kitchen, prime location with short walk to beach and golf cart ride to shops and restaurants, beautiful outdoor space and pool. There aren't enough ways to say how much we enjoyed our stay.
