Our studio was great for our family with easy walking distance to the beach! The only complaint was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs. Other than that we had a great time!

My sister and I had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how well stocked it was there were plenty of dishes, plates, cookware, and everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. We made so many wonderful memories here and didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Five stars!!!!

Pros-Great location to beach and food, clean and well stocked. Liked being on the bottom floor until you read the cons. Pool is well maintained and had nice lounge chairs. Friendly condo owners are a nice touch. Parking was easy and the grounds were well maintained. Cons-Unit is on the bottom floor-there is not much sound barrier. The people above us had a young child jumping off the furniture. We asked for grace but were awoken each morning at 6 am to running/stomping and jumping. The outdoor chair picture is not accurate. The chairs are rusty and the cushions torn and worn.

Great Stay in an Affordable Place!

This condo is a great deal for the money! It was spacious for a studio with plenty of space for 3 adults! There is a pull out couch and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise! Easy access to the beach and seaside only a little over a mile away. Would for sure stay again!

10/10!

This place was perfect for our family Of 4! Condo was clean, included everything we needed to cook meals and the location was excellent (literally across the street from the beach!) This was our first time to 30A and we were concerned about public / private beach access but never had an issue. Loved the area and being between the busier towns - fun to visit but nice coming home to a quieter area. Hope to return soon!
