Beach Vacation

We had the best time staying here! You cannot beat how close it is to the beach- truly steps away. It made beach days so easy and enjoyable. The house is wonderful and so spacious. It’s also walking distance to restaurants which was an added bonus. 10/10 stay!

We have stayed in this neighborhood four years in a row for fall break and love it. The house fit our needs great for 4 adults and 4 kids. The golf cart was a fun addition from previous houses! The location of the house to the beach is an easy walk and very unbusy. Walking to so many restaurant options and ice cream is a big plus too! Brooke was easy to communicate with!

Fantastic

First off Brooke is amazing. Super helpful with everything. If we needed anything she was right on it to get it fixed. The only negative we had was the hot water was lacking. We had a bunch of cold showers if we tried showering back to back. We learned to get showers spread out so we would at least have warm showers rather than cold ones. Other than that the place was amazing, the private beach was fantastic, and the location to the shops was perfect. Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santa Rose.

Best Spring break ever!

We had an amazing time at Footprints in the sand! The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly! The location was was perfect, convenient, and right across the street from restaurants and shops. The golf cart and the bikes were a huge bonus as well as all of the beach and pool toys that were there. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Brooke and family, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful space, we loved every day! The heated pool was such a success with the kids (2 times a day), and the beach was literally steps away. Bunk beds, and such thoughtful items such as the golf cart, beach toys/towels, and goggles…. Stuff that parents think of, totally awesome :-). We will definitely reach out for round 2 with extended family- btw Pecans Jacks (ice cream and salt water taffy) and Sunken Gulley- my 4 year old loved the oysters, won over the waitress :-)…AWESOME! Please let them know we will reco anyone that heads your way. Thank you again, sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, a wonderful reminder to be grateful for all we have.

Great experience

Wonderful house with amazing beach access. Perfect for our family of four but the bunk room would of provided room for plenty more. Super close to all the restaurants and shops. Golf cart is nice and new and provides fun, quick access to all the near by amenities. We will stay again!
