Great House and Great Location

House was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The location was super convenient to the square at Seaside and to the beach. The beach is a 3-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk away. We would absolutely stay there again.

Glamorous and cozy!

Beautiful home that was decorated to the nines! Loved all of the amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for a family! Exceptionally clean with comfy bedding and extra blankets to make it super cozy! This house had all those extra details with games and great books in case you need a night in. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great House! Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is beautiful and comfortable. We especially loved the screened in porch and outdoor living space. We loved that the house is tucked back into the corner, it was very peaceful and quiet. Plus it’s close to everything! One suggestion we would have is to have more amenities available for longer stays like we had, like toilet paper etc.

Seaside Girls Trip!

The location is perfect and house was beautiful! There were 8 of us in Seaside for the annual half marathon. House was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. A few small things like the lighting is a little bipolar. Kitchen overhead lights are so bright, a dimmer or more lamps would make it feel cozier. And the bathroom lighting was too low! Couldn't get contacts in or makeup on in the main bathroom. For the kitchen, they need more cutlery. Again, little things- I would rent this beautiful home all over again in hopes of weahter nice enough next time to enjoy the gorgeous property!

Thanksgiving Holiday!

Our family had an amazing holiday break staying at the Hammock House. As a family of 5, we loved how spacious and modern the house was as well it's perfect location to the beach and town. We look forward to staying there again in the near future...

Amazing Home

This house is absolutely beautiful! It was even closer to the beaches and town than we thought when booking. It has everything anyone could possibly need. We really enjoyed both patios and the beautiful outdoor area with hammock. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the Hammock House!

The location of this home was perfect for our family. We loved the proximity to the grocery store and the beach access point. We also loved the privacy of location, too. We rented a golf cart for the week and found that to make all of out outings even more convenient. The house was clean, the linens were nice, and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook. We loved the layout and enjoyed the side porch every day. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the bathroom lighting was a little too dark for our liking. We would definitely recommend to others and return!

Just a family vacation. We have had a wonderful time.

This property is absolutely stunning and everything was absolutely perfect. My only complaint/suggestion would be because I’m sure most fly in, that it would be nice to have the basics provided….dish soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, basic condiments, and maybe some beach items like chairs, umbrellas etc. We would certainly rent this property again, but just wished some of those basics were included, especially because people pay a descent amount of money to stay here.

No detail missed!

This property lacked absolutely nothing! It was beautifully decorated with plenty of lounging areas and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could possibly think of! And the rain shower in the downstairs master bath was a treat! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home

The home was fantastic, unbelievable decor and beautiful. Highly recommend. Very poor management however, the trash was piled up outside the home obviously from multiple previous renters, the property manager was rude. Property manager led us to believe a golf cart was available, even had us sign a waiver for one, only to find out it was not included in the rent once we got there. The management never showed up to pick up the trash when we reported it and had no customer service resolutions over the golf cart incident, not even a recommendation/discount on where to get one. Love the house, but would recommend a different property management group.
