Welcome to “Mellow Yellow”, a grand corner home tucked away on Savannah Street and only steps from the Savannah Pavilion Seaside private beach access! This lovely cottage lives large with its grand outdoor porches and true southern charm!

You’ll know that you’ve arrived when you see the oversized screened porches, wrapping around the entire home. As you enter the first-story screened-in porch you are welcomed by various Adirondack seating, rocking chairs, and a bench swing. This downstairs porch easily provides seating for 10 or more. This fantastic porch is perfect for morning coffee, a rainy-day refuge, or an afternoon book break. Inside is the sought-after open floor plan with adjacent living, dining, and an open renovated kitchen area. The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, such as a sofa, large chairs, and a large-mounted Smart TV and Sonos sound bar - ideal for a game or family movie night. The adjacent dining room has a rustic long wooden dining table that comfortably seats 10 just off the kitchen and the kitchen island bar. The center kitchen island has a breakfast bar seating two more and is the home's central hub. The kitchen has glass tile and all modern stainless-steel appliances, making it an easy setup for family meals at home. There are multiple porch access points off the living and kitchen areas. There is a full bathroom with a shower only on the first floor for guest use and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

As you enter the second story, you will find a full bath to the right, across from the custom-built in bunk room that sleeps 4. This functional bunk room leads to balcony access, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The second bedroom upstairs is the massive and luxurious king primary suite with a white pencil post bed, a walk-in closet, French doors that lead to the porch, and a recently renovated primary bath. The all-marble bath features a double vanity sink and a glass-enclosed walk-in marble with a rain shower. Across from the king primary suite is another one! The third bedroom is another king with an ensuite bathroom. This king has a closet, a full bath with a double vanity sink, and a shower/tub combo.
