Perfect place for a trip to the 30A

Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Very nice house and great location. Quiet neighborhood with private beach access made the location perfect for my family with little ones. Would love to go back again!

Beautiful and Tranquil

This house was immaculate and lovely. Peaceful and more than enough space for our group of seven. The kitchen was very well equipped. So glad we booked here as we experienced 3 double red flag days during our stay, but were still able to enjoy the water because of the delightful pool. Would appreciate beach towels be provided simply because we came from thousands of miles away and would rather not transport in our luggage. But, a minor inconvenience! Plan on visiting again!

Awesome Week!

Had a great week in Grayton Beach! Weather was fantastic and the house location was great! Umbrella for the pool was broken from the last guests and when we called, they hoped right on it and brought the new pool umbrella. Very impressed. House layout was perfect for us and the only negative aspect would be to figure out a way to turn off the door sensors. Very obnoxious! I understand it may be for families with small kids, but there has got to be a way to disarm it if it’s not needed. A “gorilla” cart would also be awesome for hauling items back and forth. Just a thought! Great house and had everything we needed for the week. We’ll be back!!

Amazing property

Everything you would expect for your dream 30-A vacay! The home was stunning and the property was perfectly placed in the quiet and relaxing gulf trace neighborhood. We have stayed in many homes along hwy 30-A and I have to say this is by far our favorite. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
