Little piece of paradise

Very spacious. We did have a little issue with not having hot water. Can’t complain about the price or the amazing view. You won’t regret booking this spot.

AMAZING

If you’re thinking about renting this place just stop looking and do it. It was absolutely beautiful. All of the kids from 4 to 15 had an amazing time and were never really bored. We even go to see dolphins from the pier. We plan on going back real soon.

Large beautiful home on the bay.

Our family really enjoyed the stay here. The house is great for large families. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the bay wasn’t really swim able behind the house but other wise everything was great. Definitely a beautiful home in a beautiful location.

Awesome place

This was our first time in Destin. The location was great and not near the traffic in Destin. House was big and clean. It fit all of us. We also brought our jet skis and was able to dock it at there dock.

Spring Trip

The House is just as pictured. There was plenty of room for our Family. Kitchen nicely stocked. Gas cooktop and full refrigerator. The Bay is just outside the back door. Nice dock to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Neighbors are close but quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to The Bay restaurant and Bayside Baits if your into Fishing. The 331 bridge is within site distance and a nice area under the bridge with pavilion, public restrooms and fishing areas. It is a drive to get to the Beach. Publix is a short drive away. Overall, nice stay and we would return if seeking House by the Bay.

Emerald coast classic fishing tournament

Place was great , did not disappoint at all. Super clean well equipped for any activity but make sure as it relates to food items that you bring EVERYTHING ,, even your own salt and pepper no big deal just fyi. The listing managers were great, timely , made sure the process was easy in and out. 9.8 out of 10
