Perfect!

This cottage is the cutest, cleanest, most convenient place that we have ever stayed! It is the perfect size, beautifully decorated, stocked with dozens of books, games, a puzzle. It has a chef’s kitchen, 3 porches (one screened in), beautiful views of the Gulf. Literal steps to the private entrance to the beach. We will be back!!

The thoughtful accents were great- all the tools in the kitchen, great porches to hang on, etc. The only issue was the AC went out for about 30 hours. We are from TX and just lost power with Beryl recently, where we had no AC for about 8 days. this was our vacation away from all of that stress. Although they did respond, it was just too long for a response and I was very disapointed that we spent an entire night in a 88 degree home after dealing with that for 8 days.

Great location, clean, and perfect for families with teens

The cottage is in an ideal location, literally steps from the beach and tucked away in the trees. While it is older, much of it has been updated, including the amazing kitchen. The primary bedroom is huge. The other 2 are fairly small but perfect for teens or kids. The kitchen had almost everything you’d need (just missing some storage or Tupperware containers). Homeowners Collection was great to work with, answered all my many questions, and helped us out with a few minor issues during our stay. The only drawback really was the noise, both from 30A and from footsteps on the top floor. But those were minor compared to the great view and awesome location. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note- the pool in the photos does not belong to the cottage. It’s for the house next door :)

Perfect Beach Escape

Loved our stay at Toye Cottage! Beautiful home and perfect location with easy access to Tupelo Pavilion. Loved all of the deck options to eat outside, watch the sunset and hear the waves. Well appointed kitchen and property management had excellent communication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Toye Cottage is a great house. We had some issues. Though- the ice maker never worked. A maintenance man came to fix it but was unable and indicated that guest services would supply ice as needed. That never happened. The only other issue is that the kitchen is poorly stocked for any type of cooking and there are design features on every shelf, nook and cranny that makes it hard to put stuff away or on a shelf.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed staying here. Perfect size for our family of 4. The upgrades and renovations are wonderful. Top notch cookware, etc. Views are as pictured and yet still have some privacy. The location and literally being only a short walk from Seaside and steps from the beach are absolutely worth it. Do note that it is on the road, so there is some road noise from motorcycles, trucks and loud stereos late at night and early morning, but overall, it was one of the best rentals we've had at 30A and we've been going for 15 years!
