close to beach water doesn't work right

Condo is cute and close to the beach. We didn't get to the condo until 6:00 and opened the condo door to a man still cleaning! I felt like that made the cleaners rush to get out and didn't quite get the condo clean. The water in the shower goes from very hot to very cold over and over! We just decided to live with it. Beds are comfortable.
