Great getaway

Me and my 2 daughters came for a long girls weekend and loved the condo. We enjoyed the pool and the beach access with chair service. The condo was close to Seaside and Santa Rosa where we shopped. We had no worries and really loved our stay. We will definitely be back.

Best Experience

Vacasa’s staff attentive, efficient and courteous before, during and after our stay. The accommodations were all we had hoped for. Decor a great vibe, roomy, all amenities thought of and beautiful pool and ocean views. Great patio furniture, bikes and beach service provided. We were very happy overall and hope to be back again some day sooner than later :)

We loved the location and the ease of this condo. It had a lovely beach view from which to enjoy our morning coffee. The short walk to the beach and beach service were so convenient. The condo was clean, lovely and well-stocked. The boys enjoyed the bikes and the freedom that came with them. This was a great trip that we wished was longer.

Condo was nice and clean. Front office staff was not friendly seemed put off when questions were asked. Note on washer/dryer was a little passive aggressive. If you’re not comfortable with people using it, it shouldn’t be there. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Great Unit, better locations to stay along 30A

The condo was imaculate, spacious and wonderful to stay in. Five stars to the owner. Well appointed and in the perfect spot in the building it is in. Certainly a very nice place to stay. Would be 5 star except for: - Building is very old and in a three building complex. All around this building is newer construction and nearby towns of Rosemary Beach or Seagrove have much more modern buildings with better surrounding areas to walk. - Beach was exceptional but all of 30 A beaches are and this one was cut off due to inland lakes that were emptying into the Gulf. Made the beach about 3/4 of a mile long. All around this property on 30a the beaches were not limited and just beautiful. - Vacassa management company was awful; the building at check in was not staffed and everything is self serve. I tried to call several times to various Vacassa phone numbers and left messages no one ever returned my call. Access was easy enough as they left all the info in a lock box but questions we had for a five day stay werent answered until day three. All in all it is a terrific unit, but for the $ I felt we could have had a better experience.

This was our second visit to Unit C201 and it was as wonderful as the first! Great location with easy access to the beach. The unit itself is wonderful - comfortable beds and furniture, spacious bathroom and closet in the master. No complaints!

Anniversary/Baby-Moon

We spent a few days at this property to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary and the upcoming arrival of our first child later this year. The unit was clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated the beach chairs being included making it much easier on this 7 month pregnant lady to enjoy. We plan on returning next year as a family!
