Casa Verde, a beautiful new cottage-style home in the beach community of Santa Rosa Beach, offers 2000 sq ft of living space and is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. Located just off 30-A, this home features four bedrooms including three en-suite baths with queen beds and a fourth bedroom containing a twin over full bunk. Enjoy outdoor activities like biking or kayaking on the Emerald Coast beaches within walking distance or relax by the community pool.

Family Beach Trip 2025

9 family members ranging in age from 10 to 65 stayed at Casa Verde and had a great week. The owner, Tamra, was an excellent host. The home was perfect for our group the decor was beautiful, the amenities plentiful, and the location was very convenient. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a bike path, and a nature trail. There were plenty of options a short drive away as well (including shopping, state parks, and much more). The grandkids enjoyed the on-site community pool. Our whole group was impressed with all the thoughtful items provided at Casa Verde. We had a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, beach gear galore, and a plethora of games, puzzles, and electronic devices. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay. From the communication before our visit to allowing us in a bit early to welcome cupcakes and all the amenities in the bathroom, everything was perfect. There was nothing we “wished we had.” The location was so quiet, yet close to everything.

Casa Verde

First time in Florida, and we came with multiples families and young children. Location was excellent: quiet, central, easily accessible. Tamra was extremely easy to get a hold of, and you can see the love she put into Casa Verde in every corner and every well stocked drawer. Will definitely be back!

Perfect house for a girl’s trip!!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip! It was the perfect space for our group of 10, just a short walk to the beach and such a cute neighborhood! Tami was so easy to communicate with and was flexible with a couple of special requests. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this house. It was located close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The house was clean, well stocked and had beach equipment to use. Recommend getting a golf cart for your stay:)
