Tucked in a quiet neighborhood with 2 community pools and minutes from beach access, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property hosts up to 10 guests. A gorgeous stretch of the Emerald Coast known for its laid-back, groovy atmosphere, Blue Mountain Beach has something for everyone—rent kayaks to explore the coastal dunes lakes, enjoy lazy days sunbathing on the beach, or search for locally-made, one-of-a-kind artwork!

Neutral colors and modern finishes curate a peaceful environment inside this charming 2-level home. Guests enter into the open living space, where 2 soft couches, a plush armchair, and 65†TV invite leisurely evenings with the group. A few steps away, a wood dining table with 6 wicker chairs brings beachside charm to formal meals, with extra seating for 4 at the nearby breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including an induction stove, and there’s a grill on the back porch for barbecue lovers. After nightfall, be sure to light up the gas firepit for late-night cocktails or roasting s’mores! When it’s time for bed, guests will find 1 guest bedroom on this level with a king bed, Smart TV, private bathroom, and back porch access. A washer and dryer by the kitchen add convenience for extended stays.

The lovely primary bedroom is on the second level, boasting a king bed, a Roku-equipped TV, private bathroom, and balcony access. Step outside to read on the porch swing or catch the colorful sunset. Gulfview Heights Public Beach Access is only a 3-minute drive. Simply head down Hidden Lake Way, turn left on West County Highway 30A, then take a right onto Gulfview Heights Street. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 40 lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400 plus tax. If the pet's weight is higher, owner approval will be needed.
