Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. Up the steps to the front porch, guests are welcomed to a bright and airy living room with a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds on the left. From the living room past the breakfast bar, the combination kitchen and dining area open to the screened-in porch at the rear of the home, providing easy driveway access and a comfortable outdoor lounge. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, while guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed and direct access to the screened-in porch.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to fines.
*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.
*Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
