Great Beach getaway for large group

This house is a in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach and in a wonderful neighborhood. It's decorated beautifully and has great amenities. Its in an area that doesn't get too terribly crowded on the beach however still close enough for an easy drive into Seaside or Rosemary to shop and sight see. Restaurants walking distance and very quiet neighbors. A group of moms and adult daughters stayed here and enjoyed the house and easy access to beach. We would highly recommend this home to others for a wonderful stay on 30A.

It was a very nice house. Glad to have the golf cart, elevator and extra ice maker. Close to the beach. Great place for family vacation.

Awesome!

We loved the home! Great location, private beach access was a huge plus for a busy week at the beach, the pool was amazing, house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and golf cart great! We loved the chair and umbrella set up for the beach, and the house had plenty of beach chairs. We will Definitely be back!

June Trip

We stayed at this property last week. It was in a great location! We enjoyed the golf cart, the pool, the bikes, and the layout of the house. The internet never worked, even after someone came out to fix it. It worked for 20 mins and went back out. Other than the internet, everything was great!
