Spring Break vacation

The condo was amazing! It had everything you needed. 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms very reasonably priced. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved having a backyard to play bags in. Lots of extras in the garage for beach goers. One downfall was all the steps. From the bottom floor to the rooftop there are 50 steps.

Great family vacation

Stay cool is a very "cool" multi level home with lots of natural lighting and comfortable bright cheery colorful decor. The family enjoyed our time at the pool and the beach as well.

Top Notch at Stay Cool!!!

Everything was top notch at Stay Cool! The walk to the beach is easy (even with two littles). The public beach access is a little crunched but manageable. All of the local people are wonderful at the stores and restaurants, we met so many great, new people! Only minor issue with the unit was the WiFi was not able to support our devices very well. Overall, a good spot for six adults and two children - highly recommend!!

Nice place to stay

Nice clean place, close to beach. Large bedrooms. Living room is small. The grill was broken so that was not optimal. Small pool in complex, but never crowded. Check in and out time is early and late respectively. Beds probably need upgrading. Overall would stay here again.

Stairs, stairs, stairs, and then another set of stairs.

Overall a great stay. You don’t realize how many stairs it takes to get all the way to the rooftop. Just a few things that would have been helpful, like kitchen staples (trash bags, salt/pepper, and couple more dish towels).

Great experience at Stay Cool on 30A!

We stayed at Stay Cool on 30A and had a TERRIFIC time! We came down with two families (7 people total) and had tons of room. The place was well furnished and very clean. The garage is well stocked with beach toys and umbrellas and they came in very handy. The 3 kids enjoyed the heated pool which was a huge plus during chilly evenings in late March. Loved For dinners we loved Shunk Gulley and GoatFeathers but really stayed in most nights. Beautiful beaches and very close to the townhome. Fabulous time all the way around! Can't wait to come back! Chad was super helpful btw!

Simply The Best

Loved everything about “Stay Cool on 30A”. The location can't be beat. Walk across the street to beach, walk to fabulous restaurants. The townhome was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, clean and had everything you could want/need. The layout is perfect for multiple families. We were two moms bringing our teen daughters and a couple of their friends. The only thing that I would love to see added is maybe some string lights on the roof terrace - it would make it that much cozier to sit and enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine on that roof top terrace. Every single one of us loved this place and will be back.

Santa Rosa Beach Trip We just returned from a nice family beach vacation. The location of this townhome is close to the Public Beach Access which has a ramp, some parking, and restrooms. Also close to ananxong ice cream shop, sunrise coffee and delicious oyster bar. Note: public beach access is insanely crowded, but if you rent private seats and umbrellas to the right of the public access this secures you a beach spot and lightens your stess load of carrying so much to beach. Also, we rented a golf cart which made our trips to the beach so easy!!! Things to note: the townhouse is loaded with stairs and the main bedrooms for adults are upstairs. The third floor balcony is nice and allows a small daytime view of the ocean. Could use updated comfy seating/decor for a more relaxing atmosphere especially for nice evenings. The beds are all comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and the house is very clean. Thank you to the host for an excellent experience

Customer service low

Leading up to our stay we contacted the property management company to ensure the property actually had what was advertised (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.). This was an issue because only 2 of the 5 chairs were functional for a group of 9 people. We brought this up on the first and second day of our stay. The chairs were replaced the day before we departed. Way too late for something that was inquired about very early on. We also, arrived early and asked for an early check in since traveling took less time than expected. The management company said they would check and get back to us. This never happened and so we waited in the driveway for over an hour before the property manager arrived 10 minutes before our allotted time (1600) to inspect the home. This further delayed our move in timeline. Next, the door lock did not open with the assigned code causing another delay as the property manager fixed the lock. Next, the internet was intermittently in and out, making it impossible to work or communicate consistently. This is the livelihood for one of my family members and significantly affected her ability to get things accomplished. Next, we encountered a roach in the.kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Not a big deal but was an observation. For awareness, the neighboring businesses play live music which can be disruptive if you go to sleep early. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants.

Good stay

We had a great stay at this property. It’s very close to the beach and plenty of beach amenities on property. The response from the owner was a bit slow once on property but otherwise pretty responsive. The WiFi did not work on property which was never fixed. Also, the dishwasher did not work properly which was a problem. Otherwise property was nice.

Great stay and location

This property is in an amazing location. Everything is in a short walking distance, including the beach. We had 8 total guests, and everyone had privacy if needed. I highly recommend this listing, and hope your families enjoy it as much as ours did.

Great unit, great location, but don't expect anything else.

Unit was spacious for 8 members of my family who were staying. Enjoyed the kitchen and living area. Upstairs balcony is nice and offers a view of the gulf. It is a great location. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Recommend Shunk Gulley for lunch/dinner and Growler Garage for beer. Unfortunately, we had issues. Simple amenities that could have made our stay easier were not provided. Don't expect salt/pepper, shampoo/soap in the bathrooms, etc. Advised to bag our trash and take it to the trash bins outside (which we did), but were only provided 2 kitchen-sized trash bags for an entire week. TV had 4 remote controls but no instructions on how to use the TV/cable. Finally figured it out, but even then figured out that the remote doesn't work correctly. Channel button doesn't work so the station has to be programmed in directly, and even then while standing 2 feet from the television. Wifi was not working, and finally figured out that we had to reset it. Mgmt company requires guests to leave at 9 but doesn't allow checkin before 4, even though we requested it for my daughter who has a 2 month old baby. Reason was that they have to do a sweep/inspection of the condo before allowing new guests in. My question is why weren't these issues remedied during their 7 hour inspection? Final straw was no gas in the grill, even though listing clearly states gas grill on the premises. We had planned a nice bday party for my dtr's 30th birthday. Would say more out of let

Almost perfect...

Did we mention the Private Beaches!?!? Cross the road (30A) and 5min. to Public Beach access.. where you will be shoulder to shoulder and 4 rows deep to the water! While to the left & right the HOA guards prevents access to 300yds of beach being utilized by a single row of widely spaced HOA residents / guests 🤔 But the property is well located for the $$ and well appointed.
