Located in the heart of family friendly Summer’s Edge neighborhood in the beach community of Seagrove Beach, the 4-bedroom PLUS bunk room home sleeps 10 with plenty of space to spread out. Summer’s Edge is a uniquely quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets that gives it that comforting, homey feel you relish when traveling with family.
The new Greenway Station with shops and restaurants is right across the street from Summer's Edge. The neighborhood has 2 beautiful pools (1 heated seasonally) and a charming dedicated beach access (no private beach concerns) all within 160 yards (6 minute walk) of the house with no busy streets to cross. The very large Eastern Lake Public Beach access is also in our neighborhood so you have 2 beach access options.
From the outside, you’ll be amazed that you have this towering home all to yourself. Upon crossing the first of three (three!) porches, you’ll eagerly stroll into the relaxing den. From there, you’ll be greeted with the spacious open kitchen and a dining room to accommodate all your guests (seats 10). There is additional seating at the eat-in bar for 5 more. A bedroom and full bath on the first floor are perfect for kids or folks with limited mobility.
The second floor is home to the master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and access to the second porch for when you want to take a break from the action. Down the hall reside two other spacious bedrooms with queen beds and private vanity areas in a shared a bathroom. One final room is a children’s delight. They’ll just love the bunk room with 2 built-in bunk beds, perfect for late-night giggling when they think no one else is listening.
On the third floor is where the fun really gets going. Enjoy the cozy den that offers pure relaxation with gulf views and sea breezes galore. The third, large covered deck with table seating for six provides you with easy access to a wet bar for holding refreshments that will delight the adults and kids alike.
