We enjoyed our stay at Limoncello very much. The home is very nice and had plenty of space. The location was also fantastic with a very easy walk to the pool and beach and great proximity to nearby shops and restaurants. The street also has a nice, quiet feel to it. We hope to return again and would highly recommend this property.

Our kids and grandkids joined us and stayed a week here. We all were so comfortable, and enjoyed the community, pool and stroll to the beach daily. The porch and balcony were so nice at night in mid October. The temps were absolutely perfect. I will be back and I feel October is our new month to visit.

Winter Sojourn

Came down for a long weekend in February (Presidents day) for the Seaside Half Marathon. Had a great stay here. Very comfy house, the front porch was great. The living room was cozy and furniture throughout the house comfortable and clean. The house had everything we need! The neighborhood was very quiet (we were in offseason) but we did meet the neighbors and they were very friendly. My kids loved the heated pool and close access to the beach. We had a blast on the golf cart. It was fun to zoom around to local restaurants. We would definitely book here again. I highly recommend!

Annual Beach Trip

We were very pleased with the property and area. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was right down the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean and spacious. We loved hanging out on the front porches, the area was quiet and felt very safe. I highly recommend setting up a beach chair service! We looked into it before we arrived and I’m glad we did, the beach was pretty much a line of reserved chairs. Overall we had an excellent trip and will definitely be back!

We loved this house. We’ve been coming to Seagrove for years and were happy with this house and location. The pools and neighborhood were great. Only misleading thing is that while the access to the beach is private, the actual beach itself is public. Golf cart was a fun perk and management was great to communicate with

Plenty of room, great layout, & love the porch swing.

We had a total of 7 people including 3 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and it was great to have a gas grill out behind the house. Easy pool and beach access, and about an equal distance to Destin or Panama City.

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation at Limoncello. It was clean and easily accommodated our group of 3 adults and 6 teens. The kitchen/family room was great for hanging out as was the front porch. The location was great - less than a block from the community pool, two-blocks max to the beach, and a 15-20 minute bike ride to Seaside. We had a great time, thanks!
