Great location / Awesome backyard Santa Rosa Beach

Super location- 2 blocks walk or (included) golf cart drive to spacious public beach. Very comfortable- well stocked. Backyard with pool, bonfire and sitting area was wonderful.

Great place!!

House was in quiet neighborhood. No close neighbors and little traffic. Golf cart was a riot for the family to cruise around in! House had all we needed and more. Outdoor lighting dials were tricky to find and never heard back about the pool lifhting. Also, we wish the listing would have mentioned that the master only shared a barn door to the only main level bathroom. We had two teenage daughters that stayed in the bunkroom that we had to share the bathroom with. Very little privacy with the barn door (with no lock) into the master. Hindsight, we probably would have kept searching for another house with an extra bathroom had we known of the floorplan. Actually glad we didn't know about that or we would have missed this great house. Would definitely stay again!!
