Perfect location and overall and amazing property. The management company was very responsive.But some deferred maintenance and some difficult logistical / house design features made it 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay here and found this home to be as good or better than the many other beachfront locations we’ve stayed at in Seaside and Seagrove. Be aware of a few things: you aren’t alllowed to use the outdoor fireplace, which is disappointing. You can’t use the awnings that extend over the porch, essentially rendering the back porch useless during the day. The grill is a mess. There isn’t a door in the kids’ area downstairs and so you can hear everything going on down there at night. The loft doesn’t have a bathroom. The master bathroom toilet isn’t enclosed and there isn’t a bathroom door so it is somewhat awkward with kids running around. The lack of shade on the deck is a big deal given that we’re paying to enjoy the ocean view and we would be unlikely to rent this home again if that isn’t resolved. Overall this location can’t be beat—you’re basically on a private beach. We saw dolphins jumping out of the water and the kids loved it.

Beach view is extraordinary! House needs repair, items listed as amenities not in working order. Outside awnings didn’t work and the raised porch area is blistering in the mid day sun. Scorch your feet. No propane for grill, grill a mess not clean, Cabinets in disrepair, fixtures in whirlpool tub broken, TV and sound system needs an instruction sheet, windows dirty and window sills, broken adirondak plastic chairs on balcony, beach chair coverings torn, molding in office coming apart, has outdoor fire pit rusting away..be careful with little kids the heavy metal door will fall off w foot traffic, and guest were instructed not to use, fixtures rusting, some break through on porch and had scabbed a board that is a trip hazard, simple things and at $2000 per day should not be under repair during high season, but the beach view was spectacular.
