Seagrove Beach is one of the many communities located along the famous Highway 30A. Just steps away from this well appointed house are the most beautiful beaches in the world. Walk or ride bikes to famous Seaside. Many restaurants, shops and a Publix close by. Rent a bike, golf cart or paddle board from 30A Trading at the end of your street. Great House and Perfect Location

9 total of us stayed here for my daughter’s bachelorette party. The house was perfect. The location was awesome. Very short walk to the beach and close to all the fun things 30A has to offer. The host was very communicative and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

We stayed here in October, 2024. The place is really cute with a bedroom, bath and living room on the lower level and a bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen on the upper level. This worked out great since we were vacationing with another couple. There is a bike rental place and store at the corner which was very convenient. The location was between Rosemary beach and Seaside where we spent most of our time. Beach access is across the way a bit but certainly walking distance. No complaints! We had a great time!

Easter weekend

We usually stay in Seaside but decided to try Seagrove this time. Loved this beach house! Cozy cottage feel with wonderful balcony under palm trees. Close to the beach and in biking distance of everything. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Our two college kids had plenty of room. The sleeper sofa in the downstairs den made the 3rd bedroom. I’d definitely stay here again. Price was very reasonable too.

We had a great time here! The house is in the middle of everything on 30A and just a short walk or drive to the public beach. Debby was a great/responsive host!

Cute house, a few min walk to beach, nice new bathrooms, super cute upstairs porch, bike rentals 1 minute walk away! 😀 Older beds, bare essentials in kitchen and construction of new homes across the street. Overall pretty nice.

We loved this house!

Had a wonderful week in seagrove! This house is a perfect location! It’s on a quiet street, and a 6 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. We loved this stretch of beach and the easy walk and bike rides into seaside. We’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The Best Vacay Stay

The owners and property manager were amazing. They took care of everything down to the last detail. The location was perfect, 2 mins from the beach. The house was complete with all kitchen accessories and an outdoor grill. The deck and patio area was a nice end to a fun filled day. The neighborhood was close to Publix (2miles) and other stores. Restaurants were close by. The neighborhood was well maintained and safe. The neighbors were friendly and after dark it was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this property .

Perfect location!

Our stay at Real Hospitality was great! We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were within walking distance of the beach, bike rental shop, beach shop, and small cafes. The house was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to any needs we needed, We would definitely stay here again!

Easy Stay

I stayed here with my two kids (ages 3 and 1) and my husband and mom. It is such a cute house and located so close to beach. We rented a wagon (to carry all of our beach gear and kids) pack n play, high chair, and baby gait from the rental store (2 minute walk from property) down the street. We walked to the beach daily with ease. There is a gas station just around the corner where we got snacks and cold brews. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook anything (we made chicken, cinnamon rolls, eggs, toast, grilled cheeses etc.). The house is quiet and on a safe street. The manager was able to answer all of my questions right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for my husband and I and for our kids.

This location was quiet, yet close to 30A where everyone biked (wonderful biking aread for miles in both directions).A bit of a hike to the beach when carrying chairs, umbrellas, beach bags with gear. The balcony was perfect for all of us to have our meals and coffee and enjoy the weather. The house could use a little paint touch-up as well as some attention to a few spots on the carpet. There was everything we needed for cooking and baking.

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants but still in a quiet location. Very comfortable and great manager. Many more trips planned here.
