Adorable condo!

Loved how the condo was decorated, the furniture and the beautiful kitchen. The master bed (memory foam topper) made it so comfortable!! We had a great trip!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. I appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, we had everything we needed and loved ALL the stainless steel tumblers and ALL their colors LOL. The furnishings are awesome, it was pretty and homey. You can't beat the view either, and a very close walk to the beach. One thing I would recommend is to have a regular coffee maker, we aren't Kureg users and that was our only option. But overall a fabulous stay. We will be back!!!!!

Beautiful beach view and location

Perfect size condo for 2 of us. Large living to open kitchen. Condo updated with whites, neutrals and beach vibes. Enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the master bed mattress. It’s sinking in the middle. Needs to be replaced.

Everything about our week was amazing…the view from the lanai for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails!! We have beautiful lakes and rivers in the Midwest but nothing trumps the beach. Condo was exactly as described and immaculate. Close to Publix grocery store and Seaside shopping. If you want a delicious dining option try Surfing Deer just a mile away…you won’t be disappointed but you’ll need reservations. Have a great time😊

Completely updated unit and was very clean at our arrival. Open concept kitchen and living area and you cannot beat the views of the ocean from inside and on the balcony. The property is kept up well and the walk out to the private beach is great. Perfect for watching the sunsets.

Highly recommend, however, beware!

My wife and I stayed for the first three weeks in March. Great location, easy beach access, nice renovation, well supplied kitchen, however, for 400 a night in a luxurious condo, we expected a nice comfortable bed. The mattress was so worn that they had added a three inch foam topping to compensate but it only made it worse. My wife spent most nights sleeping on the sofa. Also, the cable tv in the bedroom never worked (unfortunate because owner had a large 65” tv). Repeated calls to Benchmark Management company yielded no results, not even a follow up call. What a fixable unfortunate situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo! Has everything you could need! Love the decor and views/proximity to beach. Easy to run up for some lunch/fill the cooler. Also enjoyed the beach chair service and its convenience plus the 2 chairs in the condo which were convenient for after beach chair services picks up to sit and watch the sunset! Just a heads up to maintenance..the master bathroom toilet was a little wobbly so just wanted to alert before it could become a bigger issue! We also loved the accessibility to the Benchmark Team if we needed anything! They were very prompt in getting us the beach access code when we couldn’t find it! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view is fabulous and the condo was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. My only complaint was that every flat surface was covered with decorative items. It left very little room to actually use these surfaces- from the dresser in the bedroom to the tables in the living room there were just too many decorative items. I ended up having to move decor into closets (and risk them getting broken) just to be able to use the surfaces. But that's a relatively small complaint, it's a beautiful condo!

Almost Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They condo was in perfect location and looked exactly like pictures. We enjoyed our stay. We did have a issue with a water line breaking and having no water to shower, use bathroom etc. it was a very confusing situation. Some guest left because their management rental companies made them and others like us was given choice to stay or leave. We received most of our information directly from plumber in front of our unit and not the property management. We choose to stay rather than leave and repack everything and not know where we’d be moving too. What our company offered us and the compensation we received was suddenly different when we got back home. None of our given codes worked for beach access or pool ( we thought we might rinse some sand off before dinner). The unit was great the overall management experience left room for improvement

The Photos Lie

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely disappointed in this unit. On the surface it was beautiful, but the management company failed BIG TIME. Upon arrival we found there were no curtains/shades in the living room -- which was HALF of the unit. So at night EVERYONE walking on the beach or in front of building could see in to our unit. This is a second floor unit, so it is impossible to not be seen. We felt like we were in a fishbowl, totally exposed, and thus did not use the space at night. We had ZERO privacy the entire week despite reaching out to Benchmark on several occasions to get some type of temporary fix. Knowing that it was a 2nd floor unit, we would not have booked it if there had been no curtains in the listing photos. It was important to us and we did our due diligence before renting. Furthermore, we found dirty bed linens, a leak in the hall bath ceiling, and a clogged sink in primary bath. (We have photos of all this) We were "offered" a discount for our inconvenience and inability to use the living room at night due to lack of curtains, HOWEVER Benchmark just reneged on that offer. A full week after checking out we were just informed today that they would be providing no recompense for our inconvenience and total lack of privacy at night. They stated that per the rental agreement, the rental is "AS IS" -- regardless of what the photos show. So people booking with Benchmark should probably read the very fine print. Bottom line, this would've been a great place, but the management company totally failed. We will NEVER book a Benchmark Property again. They lie.
