The Dunes of Seagrove is a Gulf-front resort offering a convenient location on 30A and fantastic community amenities, including two outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and fitness center. There is no shortage of things to do around here! In addition, the white-sand beach beckons from just 200 feet away via a short boardwalk. Complimentary beach setup and 2 bikes March through October.

The private balcony with amazing views of the beach and the Gulf is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a side of fresh sea air. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals or you can dine out at any of the fantastic restaurants nearby. The vistas continue into the open living area with its plush seating and smart TV - ready to welcome casual downtime after days of sun and fun. A laundry closet with a washer/dryer means you can pack light and leave more space for souvenirs.

The primary bedroom features a gorgeous en suite bathroom with a spacious shower and a full size tub. A custom-fit barn door leads to the bunk room, guest bedroom, and additional full bathroom with veined quartz countertops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
