Fantastic stay!

This is a great property for entertaining kids but also for adults who want to just relax! Sand Dollar could not have been more responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Girls Weekend

We had a great stay at the property and loved having access to all of the Watercolor amenities. The hot tub didn’t get hot, just stayed the same temperature as the heated pool, but still enjoyable!

Perfect!

We love watercolor and visit several times each summer, but this was our first Christmas there and this home was perfect! The house was spacious with great porches and ample parking for three cars (some houses only have space for one car) a great pool with a jacuzzi we used nightly, and a fabulous six seater golf cart! We hope to visit this property again!

July Family Vacation

Just as described. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. Everyone slept comfortably. There were even additional beds that could have been used. Pool was in excellent condition. Hot tub worked. Golf cart was in excellent condition. Very smooth process and stress-free!

Graduation Trip

Great stay. There with 18 year old daughter and 5-6 friends. They had a great time. Nice home. Good private pool. Excellent service from property manager when we had an issue with included golf cart. Property crowded but that was expected. Beach access could be easier. Ideally beach chair rental for the trip would be included.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location. Easy bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach club and camp watercolor. The house was clean and we were able to check in early. Having six bikes and a golf cart on the property (all in working condition!) when we got there was very convenient. We loved having the pool in the backyard as well as the grill. The property management company was responsive when we called. No issues at all. We had a great week and would highly recommend this house!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful time with family here! The house was great for our group with kids from 6 months- 10 yo as well as 6 adults. The home was well stocked and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Coffee on the porch and nights in the hot tub were amazing. We had a brand new golf cart that was so fun to drive around. Excellent location- minutes to a grocery store, pools, beach and shopping/restaurants- we didn’t need to get in the car at all. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back to Watercolor and would highly recommend this home to anyone. The only thing I would recommend is to bring or buy towels for the pool- with all of us we were short on towels for pool and showers. Thanks for a great stay!!

As nice, or nicer, than photos. This was our first visit to area and found this to be a great location for all things Watercolor and Seaside. Especially with the golf cart.Code access and parking is in back. And the pool alarm on the back door is tricky- but I think that is a Florida thing.
