Great vacation!

The house is even nicer than in the pictures and has lots of space! The location is perfect and so close to the beach and the main square. We had a wonderful time!

We've started here multiple times and the location is outstanding. The ac units do need some work but that did not impact our overall stay.

Location was great, the house good. Negatives:Broken door handle on 2nd floor master bedroom balcony door.WIFI was very spotty, did not consistently work.Only 1 closet was unlocked for 7 people. This is not good especially for house that has a separate carriage house.

Great house, location - maintenance issues

Beautiful, clean house, great location in Seaside. Highlighted problems included no working grill after buying a good bit of meat and Dunes did not provide a replacement; 4 electrical outlets in key locations did not work; and pool passes provided had wrong code leading to embarrassing situation at the pool. At these rental rates, we would expect a replacement grill for the week.

We loved our stay in Seaside. Awesome location to beach & shops & restaurants. We loved we could walk everywhere or ride the provided bikes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars overall is because the carriage house smelled like cigarettes so no one stayed in there.

Location of this property is fantastic!

Our vacation was a holiday weekend that was perfect! We enjoyed the location of the home to restaurants, beaches, shopping and the amenities. The home was beautiful, clean and enough Spence for our entire family. We will look to be back soon!

Great stay!

A group of 12 of us stayed here for a long weekend, and between the main house and the carriage house, it fit all of us very comfortably. The house was clean, communication with the property manager was prompt, and the location was absolute perfection, sitting only one block away from both town and the beach. Would stay here again!

Family Vacay

Great location, can't beat it! Proximity to beach and the square is unbeatable. Comfortable with great amenities. Second bedroom is not 2 twins as pictured but a queen.
