Awesome Beach House

We stayed here for spring break- 4 families: 7 adults and 10 kids. The house is pristine, felt really huge even with all those people in it. The kitchen is massive with two dish washers, two sinks, ice maker, massive Wolf range. Tons of nice bedrooms and bunk beds for the kids. Pool and hot tub were perfect, and we used them a lot because the ocean was closed for swimming several days due to undercurrent. A super quick walk to the beach and to Seaside (even with toddlers in tow), or you can take the golf cart and ride down there. Check in was easy, the management was very responsive. This house is a gem!

Vacation Feedback

Nice property and location but property manager was not familiar with systems in the home, which led to frustration with pool, TVs, and grill. Home was clean but dishes, glasses, cookwear was not. For the price we will definitely not be staying here again or any home run by the ELP management company in the future. Compared to past stays in the area with other companies, they are woefully lacking.
