Very nice, but needs better kitchenware

We loved how clean, white, and serene all the interiors were. The only thing that made the stay less enjoyable is the kitchenware: nonstick cookware, plastic tools, and just very low end kitchenware in general. We eat out a bunch when we're on vacation; however, one of the joys for some is that there is time to cook when on vacation and we couldn't really do that here. This along with getting rid of the blue LED lighting and adding drawers to the bunk room would make this place 10/10 for us!

Very comfortable beds and an easy, quick walk to Tupelo beach access made this weekend get-a-way the perfect place to escape. The kitchen is also nicely furnished and we loved lounging on the large porches each afternoon. The extra tv space off the bunk room on the 3rd level is an ideal space for kids and teens to hang out. Loved the layout!

The neighborhood backs up to a spacious soccer field and access to the tennis courts and family pool. We could walk everywhere. the front porch was great for morning coffee as is the upstairs balcony with porch swing. The decor was lovely with spacious bed and bathrooms and the most comfortable mattress. super clean and well appointed. I highly recommend and will return.

Charming Seaside

The house is so charming and we really enjoyed that it was only steps away from the park & field for our dog to play every day. Seaside town center and the beach are also a quick stroll which made the location perfect for us. We love walking to breakfast and dinner so we took advantage of not having to drive anywhere during our stay. Comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen were another plus. We can't wait to come back!!!

Perfect property’

We absolutely loved our stay in Our Happy Place! We have rental property and tend to be very picky but this home had everything !! The decor was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the bikes were great, location was perfect - we will definitely come back!

Great Home & Location

We had a great time on our vacation. The home was perfect for a group of 10 (4 adults + 6 kids). It is a 5 min walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the downtown area. Right across the street from the pool and tennis courts. Also, you get access to the Tupelo Pavilion. IMO, it is the best Pavilion because it is the least busy because of the private homes next to it. Robert K was responsive and helpful.

The house was very nice and properly management was great! Back door would not lock from the outside forcing us to use only the front when we left. Personally the LED lighting throughout made it feel like a hospital! Harsh! Location was good , we were worried we were too far from town center but it was easy walk

Fantastic House!!

This house couldn’t have been better. We needed a stress-reducing getaway before winter sets in (it is 2020). This house was clean and huge! Everyone had a fantastic room; the house is gorgeous. Seaside was as wonderful as ever. We used the bikes for family bike rides and were able to do some remote school while here. Highly recommend and will book this house when we come back to 30A
