Amazing time On The Beach

This was our first time to stay on the beach side of the road. It was amazing! We could see and hear the ocean from our balcony. The house was clean and just the right size for us. We brought our dog and he had a great time too!

nice ocean view beach cottage

nice cottage in prime location within walking distance of seaside town center. great view off patio to ocean. cozy but could sleep a lot of guests with large beds and nice sized bathrooms. didn’t even need the bikes because you can walk everywhere from here. we would stay here again.

Needs a detailed cleaning

First of all the location is amazing. Very short walk to the beach and Seaside square. The rental needs a good detailed cleaning. The slipcovers on the chairs were all badly stained and the furniture on the back porch was stained with mold. The back porch was filthy. The bunk bedroom had a bad ant problem and the rental company did send someone out to spray. The bedroom upstairs had the hardest mattress we’ve ever slept on.

On the Beach

This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs. We had no issues with that but if someone does have issues with steep stairs, this property might not be the best choice.

Ants and Sand in Bed

This was a beautiful house in a great location but it seems that the house was cleaned in a hurry and not done properly. There was sand and ants in my son's bed and he ended up waking up with lots of bites over his body. I washed the sheets but the ants came back. It was very dirty underneath the mattresses and we found ants even in the downstairs bathroom. I tried vacumming to amend the problem. The property managers had apologized the first time I told them about this and then when I reached out to them again, they offered to send maintenance but because we only had one day left, I didn't find it necessary. It seems that the property is popular and guest are constantly coming in and out but it would beneficial to take a day to do a full cleaning rather than just a few hours. For the amount we paid, we should have had this happen. Also, make sure to communicate with the property management via their own email. They do not respond on the VRBO app.

Nice beach cottage

Overall stay was good. Location is by far the best attribute, only steps away from Seaside town center, and private beach access point. Place was nice and clean, had two parking spaces right off 30A which is nice, but cottage was much smaller than I expected. For 6 adults, I felt a little cramped. Had a brief problem with a leak, but it was addressed relatively quickly. I thought there should have been some consideration for the inconvenience of not using the one shower for a couple days, and having repair person for half day, but none was given.
