The Proctor - Beautiful home - Beautiful beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Proctor Home has been our vacation home for the past three years. Love it Love it Love it! It is beautiful and perfect for us. It is well equipped and we love it because our family rents three other homes around us each time! Decor is stunning!! Wouldn’t change a thing except it would have been nice to have had two outside trash containers rather than only one. We’ve already reserved for next year!!

Everything about this house was perfect for our group!

We had 2 moms and 6 kids staying at this house, and it was the perfect house for us - plenty of room in the common area, large enough bedrooms for sharing and on the same side of the street as the beach. There were separate pocket bathrooms for each bedroom containing a toilet and a sink, but there were only 2 shower rooms that had to be shared. However, there was an outdoor shower with hot water for washing off the sand that was perfect for the boys to use! Additionally we loved the platform storage area under the boardwalk on the beach where we could store our beach chairs and toys overnight. The house has an awesome deck for drinking coffee, putting on sunscreen or eating a meal. Another gem for this house is its location. We loved going out on the beach and not having to fight to get a space for our tent and chairs. There was also an inlet area just down the beach where the ocean fed into Oyster Lake. The kids could fish, catch crabs, swim and overall just play in the inlet. We also fished in Oyster Lake across the road from the house. When we wanted to go out to eat, there were plenty of places nearby and even within walking distance. Overall this was a great beach house and a wonderful vacation!
