Amazing Fun Family Vacation

Our stay at 39 Bluestem Lane was amazing. The house is gorgeous, kitchen is stocked with everything you need for nights you wanna stay in and cook. The bedrooms rooms are beautiful bed were great! Watercolor is great property, so much to do for adults and kids of all ages. Our 11 boy had the time of his life and camp watercolor and playing soccer in the field next to it. Definitely recommend this house and when we come back will look to book it again!

Birthday and Olympics Week!

Our group consisted of 5 adults, 2 grandsons and one puppy. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed the style, space and amenities of 39 Bluestem Lane…two large porches…gorgeous master suites…well-designed upstairs bonus area with adjacent bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and well-designed with a massive farm table and island. Appreciated the selection of different pools to visit and the trolley to move us everywhere.

Wonderful Home. We will Return!

House was spotless upon our arrival and very welcoming with lights on, air tuned on and our welcome kit waiting for us. The layout of this home worked wonderfully for our family (Parents on main floor and teens on second floor). The main great room saw many card games and fun laughs. Kitchen was wonderful if you like to cook as there is everything you need utensil wise. (Even an ice cream scoop!) Items not listed online:There is also an ice machine which came in very handy. And the house has beach towels so you don't have to bring your own. We loved the screened in porch for keeping sand out of the house and gear stowed. Sand Hill pool is very close and our teens used it in the evenings. I have no complaints only 2 suggestions: The washer is extremely small and to do a normal load of clothes will take x3 loads at a minimum. It would also be good to have a few more bikes included with the house.Either way, we will return. As we love the trees, being a bit away from the beach, but can cut through the woods on our bikes and be at beach club in 4 minutes. Thanks Dune for taking great care of us.

Stay was fine and the house is new and very nice. Wasn't a fan of the seemingly endless email and texts...within 10 min of booking I had received 8 separate emails (and that was just the beginning). Instead of nice relaxing vacation, seemed like a part time job...
