Perfect condo, perfect location

This is our second year staying in this condo for Spring Break. It is nicely decorated, great layout for two couples and teens, easy beach access, great walking distance to everything Seaside and Seagrove. Management communicates well and responds quickly. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem in Seagrove Beach

Beautiful roomy condo in a prime location. Beach access very close and secure on a private beach. 3.5 bathrooms ! Wow!

The Condo was filthy

The condo was filthy. Refrigerator broke cushion covers were filthy dead roaches on the floor in the kitchen. Good access to the beach good access to the pool probably will not rent this property again.

Left Early - Too much work

The refrigerator ice maker kept flooding the kitchen and I spent much of my time cleaning the mess. When we arrived the kitchen was pretty dirty. The floors and appliances were dirty. Dead bugs on the floor. Worst Sea Side vacation ever!

THE House was in great shape and easily accommodated 7 people. I thought the upstairs bedroom had bunk beds and a full butnit had two full. Worked great for the older kids. The pool is right in front of this condo so it can be noisy and slightly unappealing if many people are using it and loud. It is right off the road so you can’t open the Andes much or you lose privacy. However, it is a great locTion to the beach. It is beachside and just walk a few yards and amazing view awaits! Nice to have some starter supplies ! Would definitely stay there again! As for the roaches... they are always part of the deal with any beach property and most were dead in the house anyway. I noticed previous renters had mentioned it. Not a big deal at all! Nice furniture and kitchen!!! Great gas grill too

Overall a great home, location ideas perfect. Layout of house is great for a family. There are a few items that could have been upgraded…. Bathrooms, exterior lighting, and internet could be addressed. We will be back at this location in the future.

Perfection!

My family and another friend’s family enjoyed our stay at this condo over Father’s Day weekend and it was wonderful. The location made it ideal, close to the beach with private access, and the pool was directly in front of our unit. Everyone had a place to stay and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate every member of our party. This home had everything expected as listed on the website and instructions for check in and out were clear and simple. Our families are looking forward to staying in the area again and if this property is available, we will definitely be booking in the future.

Great location!

Condo was great for our vacation. Layout worked perfect for two couples and two teens. Great location with easy access to beach, pool, shops, restaurants and easy walk to Seaside proper.

Great Place

The property was the perfect size for our group and access to the beach was great. Usually in condos they have spices others have either left or from host, there was none. I would bring your own so you don’t have to buy. A vacuum would be nice to have in order to help with sand. We had a maintenance issue that took long than I would have liked. However it was a great place and location. I would stay here again.

Quiet stay!

We had 4 families that went to Seagrove Beach together and we rented both of the condos out by the street away from the larger complex, which allowed us to stay close to each other and stay away from most people.

Great Location!

Just steps to the beach, great location. Each bedroom has a private bath, which was super helpful. And, the rear bedroom has an ocean view! Would stay here again, for sure.

Parking beware

My family decided to go to here for Thanksgiving. The trip was ruined by someone parked in our reserved spot. We had two cars and had to park my car several blocks away at the public beach parking. I sent messages through the app and called property management several times to get the van towed. Never got it towed and didn’t get a response from management. There isn’t any guest street parking around the condo. There isn’t any guest parking either. This ruined the trip for our family. Other cons for families: 1) no beach towels or equipment. Not important during our winter stay but would definitely be an big deal for us during the summer. 2) No smart TVs. Every room has a tv but they are all cable. My daughters 5yo and teen wanted to stream their shows. 3) Check out process required you to take out trash but no directions on where to find the dumpster. Usually there’s a notebook in the rentals we’ve stayed in that has details like this.

This was our first trip to seaside and we were very impressed with this condo. Very easy access to the beach. Easy bike ride into Seaside. The condo was just as described. We will definitely stay here again.
