The house is big and very comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom and the beds were great. The host contacted us after we moved in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very responsive. Great location close to the beach and 30A but in a quiet neighborhood. The house does have a lot of stairs however. We had a family Christmas and the house was well suited for our large gathering.
Stayed 7 nights in Dec 2025
