Spacious house and very close to the beach. This is ideal for a large family. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. We would certainly like to come back !

Beautiful house, but need some TLC

The outside grill was out of order and left lying upon the ground. The upstairs game room from the photos, no longer exists. The gaming tables are gone and just an open room with a large screen TV.

Beautiful home, Great Location!!!

The house was beautiful!! We had 21 family members stay for our son’s destination wedding and we had so much room we never felt on top of each other. The game room kept our teens/young adults entertained as well as the golf cart and bikes. We were walking distance to the wedding venue, beach and Seaside was a short distance. We had one maintenance issue with a shower and they were there that day to fix it.

Long Weekend in Watercolor

We came down with our friends, 2 sets of Grandparents and our 2 kids, 18 month & 3. It couldn't have been more perfect. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive to us and fixed one issue (pool alarm wasn't working) within an hour! The house is almost exactly across the street from the Watercolor club so an easy walk and our edlery parents were able to zip over in the golf cart. We'll be booking again for next year!

Nice house just needs a deep clean

The house is very nice and the location is excellent. However it wasn’t cleaned very well and lots of furnishings were highly worn and at needing cleaning or replacing. No mattress protectors/pads and pillow seem very old and worn. There were dirty tissues underneath the bed. Showers has mold. It really just needs a couple days of cleaning and repainting a few places and it would be a wonderful place.

80th Birthday

This is a lovely home, very well appointed and accommodated our large family very comfortably. The alarm on the door to the outside seating area and pool was terribly annoying as a button had to be pushed each time the door was opened and this made it difficult to bring in suitcases, groceries, and even people. Sadly, I do not think we would return because of this feature.

Amazing Location & Beautiful Home

We rented this location for our company’s Leadership Team’s annual planning meetings. Overall the property and location were great and the property management company helpful and responsive. Our team loved the access to the golf cart and bikes and there were plenty of open areas for the group to meet both as a large group and as smaller groups. We also appreciated the proximity to the shops and beach access. We encountered several drawbacks: 1. We selected this property based on the number of beds available indicated in the property description. When we arrived we discovered that all the bunk beds were youth sized and not standard sized twins or full bunks. This lead to us not having enough beds to accommodate our group. The property manager was able to accommodate some of our team in an available carriage house on another nearby property they manage, which we greatly appreciated - it was just highly in convenient. (Please update the listing) 2. The internet service was spotty, which for our purposes was a disappointment. 3. Due to the layout of the house, noise from the first floor did carry to the upper floors. This was occasionally an issue for us. The overall experience for us was good. We could see this being a great property for families with children, or groups with fewer adults.
